No. Prime is terminology that only refers to the base design of an Omnimech. None of these mechs are omnimechs, thus it is being used erroneously. They have never used the word Prime to describe an IS mech before, andi challenge you to find another reference.
PGI has listed the base variant of a mech as Prime before, back with the Phoenix pack, so not a new concept for them.
I'm thinking either Mechcommander 2 or Mechwarrior 3 also listed the base IS variant as a Prime, but I don't have access to either at the moment, so take it as you will.
*edit - MW3 lists the base config of Clan and IS as "Primary." IS mechs don't have variants in that one. MC2 lists the base version as "Prime" for all mechs, but they don't match up directly with canon base versions of IS mechs.
So prime has been used before to describe the original production version of a mech, and that seems to be the way it is being used here, as well. I doubt any TRO has used that term for IS battlemechs, but it doesn't make its usage in this case wrong. Context of use is everything.

Yes that is how it works. I have not bought a pack so I can't say with 100% certainty, but that is my understanding. Hopefully someone that has bought a pack will confirm that.

To qualify for the Atlas S you just need to have bought any previous package but I see now that we may need to extend the Loyalty program for the Atlas a little longer - perhaps until the end of Oct.
Yes plz! I logged in today to pay for the clan pack just to get the atlas, and I didn't want to. Now I can purchase mechs that I do want AND get the altas! (hopefully).
