So this is a doozie, I was on Tourmaline in my DireWolf. I am wrecking a smaller mech and I went for the alpha, so I overheated, then when I went back online, my beck was stuck in a full reverse, X only braught it to half reverse and then right back to full reverse.
Anyone seen that before and if so, know why?

sometimes even if a key isn't stuck down it will still be stuck. Just tap the key again. If you have the auto run key on tapping the move key will stop it usually. I have it happen though its usually moving forward that does it.

I've had mine stuck in a constant right turn before... powering down and back up cleared it up

I have had similar issues with stuck in turns or going forward or backwards. Never weapons though.
I think it's due to lag or desync.

Have had movement keys stuck a few times (not on the keyboard, in-game so to say). Try tapping the key that is stuck, the server probably just lost the packet which contained the "key not pressed down anymore" command. If I'm stuck doing say a right turn, I press right and let go, then it stops. Works every time.

I checked my keyboard in the most scientific manner possible. By repeatedly whacking it so I can say with utmost certainty that it was for sure not the reason at the moment, though in the future... Anyways, I did a power down of the mechs and it didn't help. Only mashing the 9 key on the numpad helped. It was an interesting situation.

Sometimes an input key will get locked into being "pressed" even when it isn't. Normally has to do with changes in states and is just one of those minor glitches in the system. Has to do with the game doing something else and ignoring player input when the key was released so the program never reads the key as having been released and assumes that it is still held, acting as such.
A quick fix is to press the offending input and release it, so the program can read that key being released. So in this case you would tap your reverse key to get the program to realize that you let it go. Just so you know if it happens again, but it is a rare thing.
