Hi All!
I tried to get some help about my problem from support, but they ignored my mail

So now I'm asking for help from community. Some details:
When I'm trying to join a match after 'Connecting' is shown internet connection is dropped for a moment and I cannot join a match.
I already tried to disable antivirus and run repair tool for MWO client. Also it doesn't look like ISP problem, I have other PC using the same ISP connection and there is no connection drop on it.
Hey buddy

I don't think they're ignoring the email, they're just backed up (took me ~3 weeks to get a reply recently - sucks, but that's how it goes after a big split (IGP-PGI))
There are a couple other things you can try.
1. Change your DNS servers - try something like 4.4.4.4 and 8.8.8.8 (google's DNS servers, they update before many others do).
https://developers.g...-dns/docs/using
There was extensive discussion at one point that connection issues could be DNS related. It never affected me, but enough people chimed in that it helped them that it might be worth a shot.
Do be aware that this might cause you to lose access to shared network printers, etc. If the DNS change helps, you might as well update the DNS servers on your router.
2. Try a vpn tunneling app (example - pingzapper) - it'll help if theres a broken/odd hop in your network traffic [this is a very generalized statement - I know!]. It helped me with hitreg/packet loss after the server move. You can use pingzapper for an hour at a time for free - just use it for testing, or toss them a few bucks if it works for you.
3. Go to a windows command prompt and type "tracert mwomercs.com" and paste the results back here.
I set myself to follow this thread, so if you reply back I'll get to you as soon as I can.
