Hi All!
I tried to get some help about my problem from support, but they ignored my mail :)
So now I'm asking for help from community. Some details:

When I'm trying to join a match after 'Connecting' is shown internet connection is dropped for a moment and I cannot join a match.
I already tried to disable antivirus and run repair tool for MWO client. Also it doesn't look like ISP problem, I have other PC using the same ISP connection and there is no connection drop on it.

Hey buddy :) I don't think they're ignoring the email, they're just backed up (took me ~3 weeks to get a reply recently - sucks, but that's how it goes after a big split (IGP-PGI))

There are a couple other things you can try.
1. Change your DNS servers - try something like 4.4.4.4 and 8.8.8.8 (google's DNS servers, they update before many others do). https://developers.g...-dns/docs/using
There was extensive discussion at one point that connection issues could be DNS related. It never affected me, but enough people chimed in that it helped them that it might be worth a shot.
Do be aware that this might cause you to lose access to shared network printers, etc. If the DNS change helps, you might as well update the DNS servers on your router.

2. Try a vpn tunneling app (example - pingzapper) - it'll help if theres a broken/odd hop in your network traffic [this is a very generalized statement - I know!]. It helped me with hitreg/packet loss after the server move. You can use pingzapper for an hour at a time for free - just use it for testing, or toss them a few bucks if it works for you.

3. Go to a windows command prompt and type "tracert mwomercs.com" and paste the results back here.

I set myself to follow this thread, so if you reply back I'll get to you as soon as I can.

1. Already tried that DNS
2. No help
3.
Tracing route to 192.99.109.129 over a maximum of 30 hops

1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.0.1
2 1 ms 1 ms 1 ms 192.168.1.1
3 8 ms 8 ms 10 ms 10.16.255.135
4 11 ms 9 ms 9 ms 10.16.248.209
5 9 ms 9 ms 9 ms 10.16.248.26
6 11 ms 9 ms 9 ms 10.16.248.70
7 8 ms 11 ms 8 ms 10.16.248.38
8 10 ms 10 ms 8 ms 10.16.248.46
9 * 11 ms 9 ms kzn01.transtelecom.net [217.150.42.118]
10 * * * Request timed out.
11 * 61 ms * decix.routers.ovh.net [80.81.192.209]
12 60 ms 65 ms 65 ms sbg-g2-a9.fr.eu [91.121.128.125]
13 68 ms 68 ms 68 ms 37.187.36.155
14 * * * Request timed out.
15 161 ms 157 ms 160 ms 192.99.109.129

Trace complete.

Please note that exactly at the same moment as MWO connects to the match internet connection from my PC is dropped for a brief moment. For example, if I have TS running, I can see that I'm disconnected from TS server and immediately connected back. If I have infinite ping running from other PC in my network using the same internet connection there is no sign of a problem when connection is dropped on gaming PC.

You mentioned your other machine doesn't have this problem? Could be related to your network hardware. You connecting via wireless adapter or ethernet?

Ethernet. And I cannot check MWO from other PC it has freebsd. Also I played MWO a lot couple of months ago and everything was fine(no hardware changes). All other online games are also OK with my hardware.

Where are you connecting from?
Can you do a traceroute on your freebsd machine to mwomercs.com and just do a visual compare between the two, see if they match?

Yep, they match. And I'm 99% percent sure something is wrong with MWO client. Even if it cannot find game server because of any reason, why TS3 client is disconnected when match in MWO is found and I'm starting to join it?

Do your other machines lose connectivity? I had an issue with a dlink router running dd-wrt - when mwo tried to connect it rebooted the router. I just replaced the router (it was old) - you can test by connecting your computer directly to your internet connection.

Nope, as I wrote before:

I'm using DLINK DSL modem(latest official firmware) so I cannot connect to internet without it :)
