you guys with the flickering in game in DX11, what settings are you using?

also try deleting MWO from the nvidia control panel and then re-add it just in case.

Look at your post processing setting also. For some reason if I made it really low, I got wacky flicker and even the mech lab showing through in game. Once i put it back to high or very high it fixed itself. All my other settings are on high and AA is off.

D/L'd new driver, first game froze about 1-2 minutes in - full freeze, had to crash the client & restart. My card is an old 560 Ti if that matters.

I'm still getting them unfortunately. Screen freezes, sound continues to work. Alt-tabbing usually fixes this. GeForce GTX780.

Blood if you run the game in full screen mode (not windowed or full screen window) you can alt tab out and back in. You must have an application like an internet page or team speak (anything) to tab outside the game as a target.

Will this fix the problem I've been seeing where arms are left hanging in mid-air after they've been blown off?

Just a quick video to show the SLI problems

http://youtu.be/L8r_zfck4-s

System Spec
Alienware 18 laptop
i7 4800QM
SLI GTX780M
16g RAM

edit - although the Nvidia profile is set to "single GPU" there is some utilization of the second card that was not evident prior to the new drivers and patch. It has definitely resulted in more stable gameplay and framerate in this mode.

Hi, I just had a game with the longest freeze I have ever seen. And I made a video of it
It disappeared the second I hit ctrl+alt+del - or maybe because the game ended? Not sure.

Intel i5-4570, GTX 770, 344.48 driver, dx9, all settings on low
Game time was friday 24th October 10:20 p.m. (GMT+1)

Hey just as a heads up. I have flickering only in the mechlab. I am running dx11, very high on everything, with msaa. fov is set to 85 in the user.cfg. I run a i7-4830k and 2 gtx-titan sli. There are random moments when the flicker goes away, but once I start to do something in mechlab again the flicker reappears. Again this is only in the mechlab for me.

edit: Windows 8.1 customized if that matter :P

Using DX11 and SLI, these are the things I have encountered so far.

Shadows flickering in mechbay.

Entire mechbay flickering.

Light sources and reflections off objects flickering in game.

My mechbay flickered in and out of a match I was just playing. Was kind of hilarious actually.

Afterward, the match flickered in and out of my mechbay.

Core i7 920
2x GTX 460 1GB GDDR5
6GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium

Game has no artifacts or glitches in DX9 though.

I set it back to DX9 and exited the game. Got a memory dump warning and the game crashed and refused to close properly. Had to task manager close it.

I did the custom install of he drivers like you asked:
Initial play was flawless.
On 10/24 to 10/25/2014 the following locks occurred:
Crimson Strait - 1
Mining Collective - 4
Frozen City - 1

Hello!

Since the last Nvidia drivers i experienced very low FPS.

THis is my config (not a war machine, but not so bad) :

Intel Core I7 950@ 3.07 Ghz (i run it in standard configuration, no overclock)
8.00 Go RAM
GTX GeForce 770 (MSI Twin Frozer model)
Windows 7 64bit

The Ge force experience software tell me to put the graphics on "very high" with DX11 for MWO but i can't reach 21 FPS on this settings. It's unplayable.

I'm running all graphics on the "medium" options in the game, i am at 20-30 FPS on most of the maps... When there is a lot of LRMS or battlemechs there is too much lag, the game in unplayable in a light mech...This is very annoying.

This is really bad. I can't play like before, i'm less performant because of the lag. It really makes me fed up.

I love this game, how is it possible to have this lag? Before the patch and the DX11 implementation in the game, i was running all the video settings on "high" and i was always at 35-45 FPS. Never laggy or buggy.

Does anyone knows a solution for that problem?

Thanks in advance, and see you on battlefield, mechwarriors =)

Still getting the freezing issue. GTX GeForce 570.

I can hear the match going on, even attempt to open the menu/quit the match, but the screen is stuck at the same frame. Doesn't fix itself after a minute or two so I just force shutdown the client.

Get it perhaps once a day. Very strange that it's so random and not happening every game.

After several more crashes, I did a complete device removal and driver re-install with the clean install option. So far so good for about 4 games in a row. FWIW, Alt-tabbing didn't fix the previous problem - when it froze, it completely froze and the only way to get back was to crash the client (manually) and restart, then rejoin.

EDIT: Not so good news - on my first launch of the Mining Collective map the game froze right after the game started, and the client crashed completely (I didn't do it, it crashed on its own). I restarted, rejoined, and played the rest of the game with no further problems.

I was about to make a video to show just what you have. It almost felt like I was being haunted by the mechlab.

I've got 2 older OC'd GTX460's, and definitely got a nice performance boost with the updated profiles... but the glitch made it very hard to pilot and aim at speed. So I'm back to DX9.

Has anyone had any success with custom SLI profiles? I did have SLI almost working a year or so ago with one, but haven't had much luck since.

I have a GTX780Ti. After new patch, my screen still freezes, same as usual.

Screen freezing issue seems happening more with the latest drivers.
Alt-Tab out and in always works though.

Hey everyone,

With today's release of the 344.48 driver set across a wide range of the NVIDIA GPU line (including a DX11 SLI profile for MWO), it would be excellent if anyone who had been experiencing screen freezes under the previous driver sets could provide me with some feedback on their performance under the latest set.

I strongly recommend running a manual install of these drivers (as opposed to updating through GeForce Experience), ensuring that you select the Custom install -> Perform a clean installation options.
