Here's a link to the screenshots of my match earnings for my last 24 matches in my HBKs - http://imgur.com/a/PePba#0
I rotated between Gridiron, 4SP and 4P so the 30% bonus may or may not be there but all matches had premium time. These screenshots might help those curious about the rewards on a low tier chassis with the player's skill level not being all that high playing at 300ms.

Instead of forcing us to view the pics 1 by 1, you can just type them in the opening post next time.

War is all about making money. Money and power is what almost every war is fought over. Even more so in MWO where you are mercenary units, who literally just go to war because they want to make money.

This isn't war, it's a game. games are meant to be fun, consistent rewards help make them fun while inconsistent rewards just make them frustrating.
Side note: What world are you living in? War makes all kinds of money and very very often is a purely resource focused endeavor. War is a multi-trillion dollar industry across the globe.
Also most of the inner sphere are mercenaries. War actually is a money making endeavor for them.

Sadly, this truth is not obvious to everyone. Some will even invade an oil-rich country under the guise of warding off a great (but actually nonexistent) national security threat. Such ventures never turn out well.

Those 100,000 matches all have ~70,000 and 30,000 Premium go check
This is something Russ needs to look at.

This. In the context of this game, having such variable C-Bill earnings is more interesting and ultimately makes each game more unique. It also rewards certain achievements and such.
Now I'm earning 100,000 average again with normal 'Mechs without premium time, so I really don't see what people's problems are. I get 130k-180k games, and I also get 60k-80k games. It all balances out.

Cbills rewards are based on specific rewards, nothing is inconsistent about specific rewards except maybe your playing.
Today i had premium times but i only tracked the match i though would increase my score so the better ones. I can tell you that even without premium, cbills rewards are at an all time high now for me.

Tell that to the guy in the trenches Crunk. I made CRAP as a Marine enlisted. The guys who make the money and get the power are never in the fight.
War Pigs:
Politicians hide themselves away,
They only started the war.
Why should they go out to fight,
They leave that all to the poor.
So if you are out there in the trenches, You ain't a War Pig
maybe you should take your own advice about thinking before posting.

What it looks like is a massive disparity between earnings on wins and losses. The problem with so many assist-based rewards is that when your team gets rolled, you lose all that potential income and XP. You really rake in the cash when you pile up assists assists and savior kills, but that doesn't happen if your team gets stomped in a 12-3 (or similar).
The system overall should be based more on overall damage and role-based rewards and less on assists. The reward meta now favors flashing as many enemies as possible with weapons to pile up assists. It needs to reward overall damage output and the role-based actions that lead to damage, like TAG/NARC, and spotting. Rewarding overall damage incentivizes fighting instead of plinking for assists or hiding during the early match to kill-steal later.
In World of Tanks, for example, a spotter gets a big chunk of the income and XP out of the overall damage done to the target, not just a flat reward. In MWO, if a Locust NARCs an enemy Dire Wolf that takes 500 damage from LRMs, the Locust should get a big chunk of the c-bills and XP for that damage, not just a one-time bonus.

Um.....
The old system rewarded assists much more than the new one. Plinking away was a simple way to make money in the old system.
