A friend of mine recently bought a mastery pack for the blackjack, he told me that all variants of the blackjack within came with XL engines, as well as most relevant mandatory upgrades (DHS,ES).

In contrast I know that buying the Arrow blackjack on its own comes with a stock standard engine,
same with BJ-1/BJ-3.

This leads me to ask the following (If this information is possible to provide).

What are the stock loadouts (as well as upgrades of each) of the mechs within each mastery pack? (Prefferably shown via smurfy).

I feel that if I knew exactly what stock components these mechs are provided with in the mastery pack, Id be more inclined to acquire them.

One of them is a champion mech so that's always upgraded with DHS but not always with XL. You can load out the champion mech to see what it has.

The mastery pack lists the mechs, and if you check those on smurfys you'll see the stock loadouts. AFAIK there are no differences. I bought the Cicada pack and those mechs were bone stock.

By your reply, I can see that you are unaware of the glorious utility of Smurfy's Wonderful Reference Site. That will give you nearly all the technical information you need about the game.

Correct. You get a hero,a champion and a standard mech, all 3 come stock. There are no Mastery Pack builds. If you're paying attention to stock loadouts, you can probably pick up a slightly better deal on some combos than others, but that really only benefits you if you're going to part them out after buying.

While it does not list the exact details of the mechs, it does list the variants included which are a Hero mech(H), a Champion (C) mech, and a boring regular stock mech.

Hero mechs do not always come with all the upgrades you might like, some of the Heroes are stock builds from the TT belonging to a specific Battletech character and others are new additions made by PGI- so they are not always consistent.

Champion mechs are 'upgraded' variants but otherwise have a stock mech's hardpoints and stats. They do not always have all the upgrades you might like, but they almost always have Double Heat Sinks at least.

The exact loadout will be available on Smurfy or by looking up the individual mech in the store and mousing over it for details.
