It has now been over a week since I submitted a ticket, and I have not so much as received conformation that the ticket has been created or received!
What is going on with your support team ?

If you did not receive an automatic response then it probably didn't go through. Check your spam folder. If it's not there, send it again and make sure you receive an automatic response.

They don't do anything about reports but tell you they took them, so no worries. If they were concerned about in game player behavior they would have put in a report button like most games have and like they said they would years ago.

LOL, nope not gonna take anyone's word without evidence. Ask for evidence about what they did with your report and you get some nonsense run around about privacy which doesn't apply.

They do something about the reports.

Why? They take reports and don't give any follow up. Why would they have any incentive to ban or punish players when they have so few? You believe what people say, I'll base mine on what people do and what they have motive for. Absent proof from PGI I will not waste my time reporting anyone when I doubt they ever do anything.

If you have a ligament issue, just scroll down the main forum page and you will see many other what are called "sub-forums" which can and most likely answered your out of date hardware issues.

I don't care about in game behavior, I don't worry about being reported and I don't report anyone. I haven't given them money since Project Phoenix. I let people know the kind of company they are dealing with. BTW I've seen other companies respond on reports and some even post names of people banned so people know they do something. Of course those games have healthy populations and spend money on having mods and GMs rather than do operate a minimally viable product, emphasis on minimal.

Team killing help? Your ticket is marked as resolved. If you think PGI is going to bad someone just because you are throwing a hissy fit and stamping your feet you are one deluded individual.

Any investigation into player abuse has to be monitored over a period of time. They can't just take someone's word on it. Even if you have a screen shot accidents happen so they have to determine if this person is a repeat offender, it was an accident, or whatnot.

In short be patient.
