you mean timberwolf
and it is introduced after the clan invasion

Wow, that is the mode crude looking madcat I've ever seen.

But yeah, you know what. I can't imagine the amount of pressure on the Art Team to get the aesthetics of arguably the most iconic mech of BattleTech/MechWarrior.
