Cicada. Looks ugly in both new art and old art. Cockpit view is also atrocious. Ugly all around.

Runner up is the Jagermech. Only saving grace is the cockpit view is pleasant enough. Other than that, it's hideous.

I can't think of any "ugly" mech that's currently in game with the in-game art. Ice Ferret comes close, but I'm sure it'll grow on me. Compared to the TRO artwork (most of it anyways), MWO can't lose.

Ugliest mech in game is the Jenner easy. Frisbee stuck on a railway sleeper with three bricks at the back and some ungainly legs and a skewed COG.

A lot of you seem to be interchanging "ugliest" with "weirdest".

Personally, I almost anything after 3060 to be ugly and poorly designed, but the Yeoman probably takes the cake.
