My LB10X Cooldown module has up and vanished.
It was equipped to my Cataphract 3D, but when I went to change it for a UAC5 upgrade it's no longer there. It doesn't appear in my inventory and isn't equipped to any other mechs.
Where could it have gone?

Try the "Strip Mech" button with the "Strip All Modules" checkbox on your cataphract. Maybe it's just not showing up for some reason.

Tried that. Also went through and hit strip modules on all my other mechs.
Tried logging out and back in too. Still nothing.
Not sure how long it's been missing, as I haven't actually been using LB10X for about a week now. I only purchased the module a month or so ago.

Well then you should contact support directly, they will probably fix it.
E-mail them, though. The support ticket feature seems to be wonky right now.
