I own a jester and a K2, and although my builds benefit from the buffs slightly, I think they really need to fix those missiles. They are ugly.
my K2 build:

The first mech I loved was my K2 and my Jester. I refuse to sell them. They are my babies. I really hope they do fix these problems because I really hate to see the catapult beaten down so much.

C1 feels quite better, K2 spends ballistic ammo quite fast now, and I haven't tested C4 and A1.
Also 144 torso yaw, (132 k2)
Their arm pitch angle is still reduced from the original 45 to 35.

A1 with 6 lrm5+a is one of the best lrm platforms of the game, now and then.

6 lrm5+a It's one of the best A1 builds you can get, you don't need any srms, focus on one role, all srms or all lrms, if not, use the c1 or the c4 they are better with backup weapons.
A1 with 6 lrm5+a it's a constant rain of missiles to one target, it will be stun locked for all the screen shake, also the lrm5 have the most closed grouping you can get, stick to your team mates and use the excellent speed to get in the perfect range.

What I really can not understand is: how the hell PGI was able to choose current CATs ugly design when they had that most over-glorious concept art by Flying Debris???
Please let me spend money on such alternative skin without those heaps of huge arm boxes with tiny ugly LRM boxes over them...

Now that the wiki is useless, is there any place I can find what things actually do? The in-game descriptions aren't of much help.

smurfy doesn't as far as I know have a feed of any type so their numbers are generally more accurate than what the client presents
