So with the new quirk system just a day away, which ones are you guys most excited about? What is the first mech/build you're going to test?

For me, it's the Thunderbolt 5SS http://mwo.smurfy-ne...0a4c08bbce49bcf

THUNDERWUBS FOR DAYS, BABY!

I'm also really looking forward to playing with all my Hunchbacks again and even considering picking up the ones I don't currently own (4J, 4H).

Edit: Here's a full list of the quirks if you haven't seen them: https://docs.google....&pli=1&sle=true

Catapult K2 (because I run dual A/C10s and already have both A/C10 modules in it)

Locust 1V and 3M. The refire rate on the 1V with ERLLaser is REALLY fast and the SPLasers on the 3M will be fun.

Thunderbolt 5SS. I already run it WUB, so some extra range will be a godsend.

Naturally. I want to see the quirks that buff the chassis I love.

#1. Dragon - 2nd favorite IS mech, and it was the hardest mech I ever piloted (except maybe Kit Fox when I was getting used to that mech). Nice to see it getting lovin, and I look forward to it being one of my most played IS mechs later on. Still hoping for the grand dragon variant someday, Kurita without PPCs seems strange to me.
#2. Catapult - Favorite IS mech currently. I haven't played it since closed beta for the most part. When I do I play it like the TF2 spy and just walk up behind unsuspecting players and alpha them, so I wouldn't know how effective the catapult is competitively. Nice it's getting a mild buff though.
#3. Any underperforming mech quirks. Nice to see old mechs that dont get used much.

And I just wanna see what quirks the King Crab, and Panther will get because they look like sweet mechs.

Is there a full listing somewhere? I'm aware of some quirks in the Command Chair post; are those all that will be in the patch?

I'm most interested in the CPLT-C1, if anyone's curious. And most excited about the CN9 quirks... actually get to use it without getting stomped maybe?

My Awesome 9M. I still play it and didn't abandon them like most other people but I'm excited to see the difference.

My AWS-8Q and M and the locust quirks mostly, although the hunchie quirks are tasty looking too.

Catapult C1. I still run my CPLT C1F every now and then, still run it with stock weapons, so 20% cooldown on my LRM15s plus some extra reach on the MLs and lower heat on all my guns, sure!

I don't think I've even looked at my Jager quirks yet, but the Orion quirks were all heavily favpured for AC20 and SRM6s which none of my Orions use at all :/

The new quirks have me interested to finally give Banshees a try...I'm saving my spacebucks now for the next sale.

For most of the other ones, I’ll probably wait until things shake out a bit or there is some juicy sale to grab some new and improved mechs because I mostly own mechs that aren’t getting any quirks anyway.

My entire line of Awesomes is super excited. I'm already a far larger threat in them than any Awesome pilot should be. Getting blanket buffs across the board is gonna make me a nightmare.

As i mastered the Dragon, the Thunderbolt, the Quickdraw, the Hunchback which are considered tier 4-5..i feel that they might have a tad too much love. On paper some of them seem to be overpowered now. Doing well with them already, though with a struggling long way to master, i am actually scared of their upcoming quirks.

Katapult K2
It is going to be awesome to finally see the iconic profile finally carrying its signature loadout. For years those hanger rack arms have sat unoccupied, but finally, with the much needed PPC quirks, it will it will once again be the premier (only?) PPC-based Heavy mech chassis.
PGI, thank you so much for realizing that MWO is a Battletech game, and that lore matters and without it, we may as well be playing Hawken or Heavy Gear.

Bravo, that is the thickest sarcasm I have seen a while. Kudos.

Hunch 4G. The AC20 velocity increase will bring it almost back to pre-nerf.
