What if other people thought like that? Not caring enough to open a ticket for support to tune things does nothing to help the game development. It only hurts it... if you don't care enough to file a ticket... don't post here regarding a problem.

Or better yet ,take both avenues as it increases visibility, but realize the support ticket will probably get looked at first by the technical folks, if the backlog hasn't crept up again.
