No clue what this is. Unless it was in an obscure novel, I've never even heard of such a thing. It's definitely not in any of the rulebooks.

The Blue Shield is a piece of tech that is designed to disrupt PPC bolts.
Put in simple terms it is an AMS for PPC's but a lot more effective.

The Silver Bullet Gauss Rifle doesnt come out until 3080 and is basically an LBX Gauss.

Unless Mechs using the Bap module suddenly lose two of their best quirks....then it shouldn't get to be "equal".

Or they shouldn't take away huge bonuses the chassis needs just b/c of a module they've decided to effectively negate.

By the time you are within 360m of an enemy the time for ECM is over anyway. I'm fine with it.

i actually feel like BAP got too much of a buff and the range should be smaller. More like 250m, i think it should still outrange ECM but with a little more buffer for light mechs that are actually scouting and trying to tag/narc.

And it doesn't give away any ECM bubble covered allies right? So an ally shielded by said ECM carrier could close to as little as 181m away from said BAP user undetected, right?

EyeBall 2.0 should kick in by then really and everyone carries that.
