I thought this was a very odd match up...My team was 100% clan mechs...most high tier 4 hvys = all timberwolves 4 meds = all stormcrows and 4 assaults = all direwolves

The other team were a good mix
I think the 4 dires were left behind as we did the big chase around so were pretty hammered but we won

Is match making meant to do this set up?

It happens sometimes. They are intentionally putting clans vs IS in brief periods to look for how balanced they are using a relatively random sample. Usually for a few hours at a time.

Cheers guys, so they are intentionally setting up these matches! I felt a tad dirty when i saw the final battle results....im sure the IS members were also fuming! ps 3 of the 4 direwolves were taken down.
