i ahve put in several tickets about a billing issue and the tickets do not appear in my ticket list and have not heard back at all.. i need an issue resolved about a purchase i made a few days ago and i dont know where else to go since the ticket system seems to be the only way to get in touch with the support center

Some users seem to be having issues with our site-based ticket portal; we're looking into that.
For now, I recommend sending an e-mail directly to support@mwomercs.com

I was using web tickets fine for a while. Will request an update via email I guess.

Shadewolf, do you actually see a ticket listed on the tickets page in support? If not, you're ticket was not created. Always seems to work via email, never via web page.
