Even if it was somebody else actually doing it, linking to it and/or replicating in part or full, it's still against the CoC.

Whether PGI will act on it is another matter, but they have the grounds to come out with full banhammer swinging.

It's pictures taken from a test client by someone who used to be a secret squirrel tester. They have access to free cam and console (there are videos of the leaker running around in AC/20 JJ Locusts and etc.).

How are you gonna shove two more mediums on that thing? I have enough trouble with one medium and four machineguns with BAP on the 1V. I:

None of them seem interesting to me. Especially since now that BAP counters ECM at ridiculous ranges. The Shadowhawk hero is uninteresting, it's just a 2D with a missile hardpoint swapped for an arm energy. Meh. There were a lot of crazy things they could do, including ballistics on each shoulder.

Also, banning people for linking to these stuff would be one of the stupidest moves PGI could make. It's on the internet now, deal with it. If they don't want any leaks, they should internalize this stuff until they're ready to reveal.

Oh this Locst is going to be my first Hero Mech - when it is on sale.

The Locust (if it has ECM), will be a nice ninja mech. Maybe 4 SPLasers with a range extension module and 2 MGs. Could go SLasers too, but maybe when all is said and done the 4 MLaser setup is the way to go. You could be crazy all together and just mount one A/C2 I suppose lol.

The Shadow Hawk is actually the one I least care about (probably because I have a Phoenix variant anyway). It's not bad, but I like the Ballistic/Missile combo in the Shadow Hawk. Give me one or two ballistics and a crap load of SRMs and I'm happiest.

The Locust gets ECM, 2 energy in each side torso, and 2 ballistics in the CT.

The Shadow Hawk gets 2 energy in each arm, 1 missile in the head, 1 missile in the RT, and 1 ballistic in the LT.

It would be the first hero mech with ECM, but at the same time it is just a Locust so don't be expecting it to suddenly rip everyone to shreds.

The Shadow Hawk hero sounds good. I honestly cannot think of a better hardpoint setup for the Shadow Hawk that it already doesn't have than this.

Personally i'd like to see the person who leaked this info hammered hard by the mods

That is a really uninspired Shadowhawk hero. Not outright terrible, just really boring.

That sums it up. It's literally just a slightly altered 2D.

I keep tellin' ya people that 3 ballistics in the right shoulder and 3 energy in the left shoulder woulda been unique...
