I am The Luggage and recently I have been attempting to create models to print in my schools budget 3d printers.
Personally I prefer modelling these models in OpenSCAD, a free code based 3d modeller. This program makes it easy to produce the solid models necessary for 3d printing.
I have attempted to create a Masakari/Warhawk but in the end I think it came out looking more like a Diashi/Direwolf. However it still keeps the twin PPC arms.
This mech stands 4.4cm tall (from the top of the base)

This tank is 2.9cm long.

Note that both these models have modular parts (although the mech's arms have to be held on with blue tack. Also, I have only applied a base coat of matt gray to these models so they are not really complete yet. The horizontal lines all through the models are because of the printing process.
