When your team deploys an artillery or air strike, I believe you should have confirmation from Betty.
When an enemy deploys an artillery or air strike on you... there should be no confirmation from Betty warning you of an incoming strike.

Typically, Betty lets me know about things I already know: "Missiles Incoming" - after I've already ate a faceload.
And then, like your typical redhead, she rubs it in: "Missiles Incoming" always get quoted to be twice. The 2nd one is always comically seconds after the volley has landed.
Thanks Betty, I know.

It's a rare thing to catch an arty alone, most of the time it's when many mechs are congregated in a small area. It's predictable.

I would not mind if Betty says "Incoming Strike" for a friendly firing an Artillery or an Air Strike. Hell I would like it if she says something about enemy ones if I'm close to one. Yet I could see that not happening. So I will take friendly usage.
