The RS is probably the 4th or 5th "best" Atlas, but offers an experience that's different from the typical Atlas builds out there. If you're looking for non-brawler options, this one is quite viable.

I talk about the subject specifically in the video. The S, DDC and D are brawlers. If you're looking to keep just 3 Atlases, I'd recommend having a non-brawler for variety. Why brawl with an RS when the S and DDC do it far better?
