[Dont Brawl With This Atlas]

so i changed my vista os from 32 bit to 64 bit today i formatted my previous os completely. I downloaded and completed the game patch. Then when i hit play button it doesnt do a thing what am i missing do i need a 64 bit exe?

I tried re installing didnt work, have the netframework and c++ programs

It doesnt show any error it just goes back to desktop after hitting play button the login screen doesnt even show up.

so if u have experienced same issue before then help me out
