Was going to ask that myself. if so then $100 dropped right now.
Also is this a USA only deal or can anyone as long as they have paypal? In the UK here so kinda an important part.

People... Read. You can clearly read that you get the item(s) associated with that tier purchase.

You buy the $99 dollar bundle you ONLY get that and not all tiers.

If I was to buy multiple instances of packets throughout the holiday promotions will I get multiples?

So lets say I buy 2 packs of 99 dollar packs, will I get 2 full mastery bundles for my purchases?

My issue is, I want to purchase the $15 pack, for the mug + bay on top.
The Karma via PPG is only available in $10, $25 or $50 increments.

Also need to check if I can sign up to US paypal (in addition to my standard paypal) or if this is US only...

It is not ideal, I know, but you should be able to combine 2x10 if you don't want to go for the 25.
