Do you honestly think they chose to exclude some of their customer base? Ten will get you twenty that it's some sort of regulatory issue.

I'm to used to the way Wargaming work with World of tanks. Just very irritating to be left out due to where I live for something digital. It may not be there fault tbh, who knows. Probably Karma Koin's doing if I'm honest even though they sell there cards here in the UK apparently (1 retailer only). Paypal don't seem to care where the money comes from as long as they can collect. Just would like a little bit of information other than the guessing that's going on at the moment (Give them time I suppose).

Oh, I'm sure it's irritating! I just wouldn't lend any credence to the idea that game companies somehow forget about their European/Oceanic/Asian/etc players when these promotions come out. My money (so to speak) is on regulations governing business transactions and promotional offers in/between different sovereignties.

Heck, if nothing else, they can run separate promotions for people who get left out, if the problems prove insurmountable. =)

Was pretty similar with the previous Karma Koin related deal, with only a few countries having proper access, and a semi-viable workaround for everyone else.

No you only get the perk associated with the MC Tier you purchase.

The US only terms were dictated by the promotion. Apologies for those that wanted to take part but do not have a US karma Koin account.

Anyone else having problems with this? I haven't been able to purchase anything through the PayPal gift thing... sent in support tickets to KarmaKoin, Paypal, and PGI. Still no response from any of them yet.

I have tried multiple methods of payments through PayPal. I even purchased something through PayPal on a different site just to double check to make sure it is working. My account is US, my address is US, I am connected from a US server... not sure what the problem could be.
