4 CLPL + Heatsinks and a Mk II Targeting makes this guy a beast. Chainfire lpls for a good 20 seconds before even overheating!

Underwhelming launch, considering the state of Dire Wolves.

It is because the people who first bought the direwolf is still trying to get the other 2 and such, it isn't exactly the cheapest mech out there.

Slap 5 C-ERLLs on and you have a laser vomit monster.

Time for a dual gauss combo at a whopping 70 kph lol

And not nearly enough ammo... I always ran out of ammo when I did that on my War Hawk...

4 are more manageable, toss in a Tc Mk. 5 and an advanced zoom, to be able to reach out and touch someone at nearly 1600m. Love doing that on Alpine, even got a head shot that way on a Dire Wolf, when I was on the hill, and he was heading down the valley from his spawn point.

Eh, personal preference. I find 5 to be much better, and I never seem to overheat unless I get greedy (which I shouldn't do anyway). I like feeling like a Faux-Nova Cat

I have 2 now. They're very fun, I'm honestly disappointed that I bought the Dire Wolf A la cart and not the Warhawk.
