The PB "+j" is the finest mech I have played. It is an inexpensive hero worth every penny and one of the most fun mechs too boot. Thus it is good, cheap, fun and well ballanced.

I suggest it as your first MC purchase.

You can set your particle effects to very low, that helps a lot.

I did indeed buy this mech as my first MC purchase and I have already run it around 140 matches and it just keeps getting better. Small lasers feel oh-so-annoying to poke with with their unexpected range and dps (with the cooldown quirk bonus), its insane agility makes it almost perfectly safe to poke around corners, and I would recommend naming it the annoyatron 3000.
