Yeah, that was the only mech I wanted too... I might have splurged and bought a Misery along with it, what with 20% MC boost... but, now I don't have to think about it Don't really need Misery anyway... just love the look of it XD But I DO want that locust, damnit!

I also thought the "HERO" thing was surprisingly unprofessional... don't really care, but it did make me browquirk.

Only thing I don't like about PGI moving towards selling cbill mechs in 'packages' is that I just want to spend X dollars on a game - so I'd buy things like bays/camo/heros with MC to support PGI. Now, that same X dollars has to go to clan/resistance packs (because I don't want to wait 3 months to get them for cbills) which means I should be buying less MC to offset the change in pricing structure.

You always come out ahead in mastery bundles if you were going to get both hero and champ and premium time. You would get an additional mech+mech bay on top of that along with a cheaper price for going with mastery package.


So for the Atlas you would be paying 7.35% more with one less mech+mech bay if you purchased both hero 35% sale, champ 35% sale, 2 mech bays and 30 day premium time.

I looked at the banner for the sale and though GREAT! I wanted to get the Pirates Bane and now its 35% off, whoohoo!!!!....then I read the fine print on the actual announcement on to find out that the 2 newest heroes and the newest champion aren't included

35% off is a good sale, no issues there...but if your ad says 35% off heroes and champions please discount ALL heroes and champions!

That is correct. In terms of overall value, you would save 35% by buying the mastery pack because of the 2500 MC for the 30 day premium time. If you just wanted to buy the champ and the hero and the mech bays and didn't care about premium time, then you would spend less MC overall for this sale.

I doubt he got bored. It was probably all there as placeholder and he had to look them all up to replace "HERO". It's easy to overlook stuff when there is a massive list like that. I say get the hell over it, mistakes get made.

In my line of work, mistakes like this are not tolerated. The list isn't even that long, and a merchandiser/e-commerce associate should be EXTREMELY aware of his products, especially such a small list.

Also, they definitely need to run a spell/grammar check before they make these posts. I'm not raging or putting them down, I'm just giving advice on making PGI appear more professional, from one merchandiser to another.
