In the General Discussion area, we're getting many threads every day about the same issues, many of which we don't know the answers to. The problem is, we don't know where to find them either.

If you could make a support area on the site, or better yet, make the Support forum area more visible, that would really help clean up General Discussion. It would also allow for moving many of the stickies into a more relevant forum area, and you (or we, the forum users, should any volunteer) could concentrate the more common questions into just a few stickies.

This was inspired because someone was unable to change the mech he chose for his Elite pack even though he hadn't bought it yet. When I told him to contact support, he couldn't find out how, and I had to do some digging to find an email for him to use (as his problem was not one he could solve on his end).

So there is this Website Support forum, but it says "You cannot start a new topic", even though I can reply to any existing topic.
That is because this sticky thread called "Where to get support" gives an email address for website support instead and says not to create new topics. This is one of the more creative ways I have seen to for providing a game's tech support contact.
