The Gift Store Needs Instructions

PGI, this could really use some proper instructions.
Currently the page lists package options and will process the payment for the option ... but there's no point where one lists a recipient email for the gift package. The code currently mails to the purchaser, who I assume (because there's no other instructions) has to manually forward it to the intended recipient.
The redemption option looks like a footnote at the bottom of the page and isn't easy to find.
This should probably be improved.

I did it and got a purchase confirmation with one number which I thought was the gift code, I few minutes later I received a second e-mail with the gift code and it work.
The other problem is redeeming the code. According to my friend it didn't actually tell him what he had redeemed and whether it was successful or not

I just bought a DWF from the gift store, got two emails, but nowhere do I actually see a gift code. There's an transaction ID and Timestamp on the one that says ClanReinforcements Gift Code, but nothing that actually works as a gift code, and the second e-mail is just a receipt with the receipt number. What gives? Am I just stupid or am I missing something?

Both. There are 3 emails per transaction. 1 is a PGI receipt, second is a MWOnline reciept. Then the 3rd is the code email it self and titled "Gift Code".

Ah, okay. Definitely did not get a 3rd email, even checked my junk box. Guess it's time to bother support. Thanks.

I've only gotten 1 email period which is the receipt.....where is the code?

I know this is a massive necro, but seriously they need to fix this. I was really confused about where my code was and the only way I could find out was through this topic.

Last time I bought a gift certificate for someone else, I was confused when the cashier handed it to me instead fo mailing it to the person I wanted to give it to...

Not even the same thing. They don't tell you when to expect your code, how you can view it, how they will deliver it. This is important, simple, information. I still don't have mine, presumably because they are going to send it in its own email.
