I've noticed that if I type any messages (all, team, lance) there is a very good chance that through regular game play, I will take and relieve company command multiple times. I've noticed this happens even more frequently if I hit my numpad 0 (insert) key. I know this has got to be annoying for other players, so what's up?

Does this happen to anyone else, or am I on an island?

You may be on to something. I've never had anyone straight out complain about me "spamming" command.

I know for a fact that you can randomly acquire command during game play by pressing any key, but I've never seen it be relinquished that way.

Is it like this video, or is it something different? Either way this thread probably belongs in patch feedback

I was randomly assigned command a few times yesterday (coincidentally, once was in my Misery.), but I've noticed that's been happening for a while.

Also, I can't see your loadout very well.. what is it? :0

An old terrible build I was running. Looks like 4ML, 1LL, 1SRM4 and an AC20.

I think my current build with 3ML, 2LL and an LB10X works a lot better, but I'm still not 100% happy with it.

Ah. I use a weird build, but I really like it.
2 LPL, LB10x, 1MPL and a SRM6+Artemis. Lots of fun..
