First of all, I've been lying to you but I was lying to myself so it's slightly more okay. I did not lose 25 games in a row, my 'Mech was dissabled 25 games in a row. There is a difference even if it does not feel any different. Usually all the opposing team, and about half the winning team, have their 'Mech's disabled. That's three quarters of the people. That means your odds of surviving a match are about 25%, about 1 in 4. Having your 'Mech disabled even up to 6 times in a row, mathematically, isn't a surprise. I got frustrated and logged off early, so I have no idea how many of those matches were actually losses. Next I was exaggerating. There were probably a couple of survivals in there. With so many defeats though, they got swept under the rug.
I was grinding my B 'Mechs. I was playing the 'Mechs I don't normally play to get them experience, so I could keep improving my favorite 'Mechs. Remember that you must level up 3 of the same chassis to be able to start leveling up the next stage of skills. These B 'Mechs don't suit my style of play and so I do poorly with them. Everyone will consider different 'Mechs to be B 'Mechs. (Remember that Omni-Mechs can switch their Omnipods so you can pretty much give any of them your favorite loadout but you'll lose the 2.5%xp bonus for having a matching set of omnipods.)
I was playing frustrated. This lead to being impatient and running forward into bad situations. I stopped playing smart, offering advice when I saw my team falling apart, using cover and retreating when I was in trouble.
It is unfair. There are players out there with more experience, faster reflexes, more upgraded 'Mechs and even cheat programs that will get you banned and your account deleted. You may be facing a team who is better coordinated with designated ECM, scouts, spotters and chatspeak to better communicate with each other. But if you can keep playing you will get better at the game, be able to upgrade your 'Mechs and you can join a team any time you want. This will mitigate most of those advantages.
How do you feel better? For starters, complain. This is a lovely thread. Complain here. Get it out of your system, get your head back in the game and go get them. Focus on your victories. I have watched a lot of MWO videos and it's rare to see a defeat video. Let the defeats go. Learn from them and move on. Don't hold grudges against someone who beat you. It was a five minute game and consider how much time it has bothered you. Move on to the next game and focus on the next victory you have. Finally you could write rants. That's where you go to, say, the MWO forums and make a great big long post about your defeats to get it out of your system.
