I pick Clan Ghost Bear faction content, I can put that pattern on my IS and any Clan mechs I own. Don't restrict it only to the package mechs we got, because some of them aren't very good.

That's a huge amount of work to adapt the camo to every single IS mech. I think that's the reason they are only doing it for the Resistance and Clan Wave 2 specific models.

I could even see them giving us the paints for King Crabs in general without doing that, as the camo rewards have, so far, been the full perma-unlock for that chassis: IE: all variants you own now, or ever will

But as the King Crab special variant is technically not part of the ® pack - but a thank you for having bought a top tier of any pack?

We are only supposed to be given 1 King Crab, according to all released notes, not 3.

It's entirely possible that one will have locked camo and only the other King Crabs can have it applied. Again, they will be available on the 16th for MC only, but will be c-bill purchasable in January, the 20th I believe.

The camos may only be for the preordered mechs, but I am almost certain you can get them normally for the others. At least the Clan ones.

That is what I meant - and that one (being part of the same set as the AH and S) will probably not have access to other cammos

I was just about to post that myself...

Cool. Because the patterns and colors will probably be delivered in March, they will more than likely not be available to apply to the King Crabs until then.

Yea Its going to be reworked. it has 2 tons of AC20 ammo and 1 ton of LRM ammo. I don't think stock is very good. Probably better off swapping the LRMs with SRMs with some ammo, then put in some more AC20 ammo. Though the second you get Alpine peaks you are gonna be a sad crab

It genuinely is the only mech I have ever seen that will auto-install Fear 2.0 into my SHD.

I'm generally neutral to IS/clan but the Zoidberg that has been created for us here is truly a thing of sheer beauty.

If it has 2x energy hardpoints, 2xERLL will be useful. Heck, 2xERLL and 2xGauss would be a formidable build, similar to a dire.

why not 2 PPCs and twin gauss? slightly extra tonnage and just a few more slots. same build as the meta whale

I really hate PPCs for ranges over 7-800m. I prefer ERLL in almost all cases... more heat efficient, instant hitting, and better range than a normal PPC.
