Well i see a grammer mistake on the Steiner claws. It looks like it actually says "Schnappe Schnappe" wich is wrong. "Schnapp Schnapp" translates to "snap snap", "schnappe schnappe" translates to "snapping snapping" :(

is it wrong, or intentionally the present tense?

Discuss?

I'm just going to sit here open mouthed, then try to apply SCIENCE to work out just how much force will be required to strike myself in the head with a blunt object (or strike a blunt object with my head) and place myself in a coma until the 16th.

Right now, I've collected a coma care package consisting of 8 beers, an asprin to thin my blood, a note to my wife (she'll understand), instructions to my kids not to draw wangs on my face with sharpies, a pillow, some soothing jazz music, and an aluminum baseball bat... though charging headfirst into a wall sounds more awesome. Might be difficult to control the impact.

I suggest the fulcrum method of incapacitation...... heavy object, swinging on a rope secured to the ceiling by an eye hook. When properly rigged, you can even be in repose in your comfy chair before knocking yourself out.

I like all of the paintjobs, except those of house Marik. Purple, Green and White make it look like some Phranken pattern. Mixing either Purple or Green with White makes for some classic Marik colour combinations IMO.

Hmmm, now I just have to figure out how to prevent said weight from breaking my scotch glass, and hammering my hand carved ivory pipe through my head like a nail.

I don't really own a pipe, but in my head, i'm in a red velvet dressing gown and have suddenly grown one of those mustaches that join my sideburns.

i recommend a measuring tape. Thus you can be certain it will strike the temple, not the schnozz or jaw or someplace else unseemly. As for the scotch glass, I might suggest putting it on your desk before releasing the kraken.

I really like the Kurita colors better in the Wizkids CMG.....they are like some off, darkish red and black with some gold. That Crab there looks more like a bleached Jade Falcon paint job. Or like a Papa Johns pizza box....

there are tons of different house units

the most common kurita units are the sword of light regiments, which are solid red, and the ghost regiments, which are solid white.

lots of reds and greys for most kurita mechs.

that crab practically looks yakuza to me

massive ct and dire wolf mobility would make it DoA

If it is all CT then you can just drop an XL400 into the beast without a worry. Such a thing mattered for Clans as they don't have a choice of engine.

I'm liking the Steiner and Rasalhague designs. Davion just scream 'MURICA looking at it. xD

Nah it's British/French. Space 'Murica were House Cameron.

That Davion camo is a bit blue heavy for my liking. Would be nice to add in some more red and white. But uh I could just swap the colours around on the camo like you normally would do anyway lol.

A mech with a paintjob like that deserves to be blown to bits by a King Crab.......ouch thats a painfully hideous paint scheme....almost as bad as Mountbatten Pink...

huge CT doesn't somehow make XL assaults a great thing, never understood that. Yeah, you will go faster, and die just as quick. All huge CT means is DoA.

Brit/French/USA combined, overall, by the flavor of the house in the old first ed House Davion book.

"Schnappe" is the imperative form like in the sentence: King Crab, Snap him, snap him!

all CT is never good. XL friendly assaults are those with small side torsos _and_ small center torso. A large center torso just means you die fast with any engine: DoA.

The King Crab won't be XL friendly, its just too wide. It'll either be DoA due to a huge CT or have large side torsos. But, being a 100t assault, it can handle a decent sized standard engine just fine.

I do.

Technical Readout: 2750, first edition, FASA Publishing, 1989.

The "correct" King Crab stats. No lower arm or hand actuator. The "claws" are not manipulators, they are simply armored covers, that open and close, just like the flaps on a Catapult. Count on it. (Sorry, Strum Wealh)
I know I won't get my LBX40 Crab, but I can still dream.
