Yeah I agree. My characters last name is a generic Bloodname in use by all the clans however it is most predominate in Clan Jade Falcon. I chose it because I wanted it to fit in any clan but I am likely going to be a Wolf throughout the game. However, losing out on all the extra colors and camo patterns just so I can get 4 sets of Wolf themed cockpit items really doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Would have been really nice to just be able to select what I wanted.

However, I also want the all the colors and camo patterns. As far as the other cockpit swag, I really don't care. I don't want anything that obstructs my vision or dangles and distracts my attention.

Anyway, I am stuck because if I go for the colors and patterns, I end up with 3 Warhorns that just don't belong in a Clan Wolf cockpit. Wish they would have just be generic models with no Clan Emblem.

Put them in your IS mechs for fun?

I mean, every Locust and Commando should have a warhorn ...

Anyone know what the warhorns sound like? I got Wolf and Ghost Bear already, but I may double up on them if the Jade Falcon / Smoke Jaguar warhorns don't sound cool lol

email support and ask if you can hold onto them till after injection, then you can figure it out.

I ordered Koshi (just the Mist Lynx) and the selection screen even said I had 2. Then I picked 1 and I was done. :-( Good thing I picked in priority order... When are they injected?

You can see the pattern there. Just go down and pick the clan content.

You won't be able to hear the warhorns till PGI releases it.

Soooo... They are "unlocks" ??? Did they specifies it before??? I honestly thought I would have the colours and patterns available to all clan mechs! (At least the ones in the package, like the polygon pattern) Am I wrong? JUST ONE SHOT OF EACH???

It will be avalible on all clan mechs, the paint colors can be used on any mech, the pattern is restricted to faction specific mechs. IE, My Ghost bear pattern can be put on my Koshi, then they will patch it so my Timberwolves can equip it too, but I can't put it on my Misery or any IS mech.

Thats what I understand first too, but now they are saying it will be a unlock, and can be used ONCE, at least on description. Im not saying to use the camos on IS mechs, but now Im afraid that once I unlock the pattern on one chassis I cant use it on another one unless I buy another "unlock" pattern. :/ hope it is not the case...

it means, you can unlock ONE faction content package and thats it. If you get more than 1 because you bough a bigger package, you can pick more than one but you cannot reverse them once you confirm.

I think what they're trying to say is that when you, for example, pick Clan Wolf, you unlock the Clan Wolf Colors and Camo, then get 1 of each Warhorn and the other cockpit items. You ARE allowed to pick Clan Wolf again if you have picks remaining, BUT your sole benefit of doing so is getting more Clan Wolf warhorns, mugs and medallions.

Camos and colors should be permanent and infinite in use.

If I am wrong, let me know... but please quote someone from PGI saying so if you do.
