Murphy's Law is a veteran founded and run mercenary corporation loyal to the Federated Commonwealth with both Steiner and Davion Mechwarriors currently planning on working in the Lyran half, specifically on the Periphery border. We are currently hiring MechWarriors with real-life military experience. However, we are not trying to relive our military experiences or recreate the military online. We have a casual, laid back atmosphere over teamspeak, but utilize a strong use of battle drills and coordination in the field. If you like hanging out with other veterans with similar experience we're the group for you - WARNING: 18+, very immature mature crowd here.

((OOC - To those interested: if the game supports it ie has a social aspect, I'm trying to start a strict roleplaying mercenary unit. Post your character bios/introductions/dossiers if you would like to be considered to be picked up for the unit when the game is released!))

...crickets.

Well how about that - now that we can't name our individual companies after the famed Skye Rangers or Clan Smoke Jaguar or whatnot, maybe there will be more interest in rag-tag groups that don't steal and ride on the fame of some other unit? :P

new direction, not a strict roleplaying unit, but a Steiner unit for current and former military. Veterans wanted. Especially veterans who know how to set up a website.

Do you HAVE to be a veteran to join?

No!

But if you aren't, be prepared to hear the most vulgar, jaded, and generally unlikeable group of scumbags you've ever played with (except for the Air Force guys, they're pretty polite.)!

Doc, just a suggestion for your website...and since you mentioned the Skye Rangers... ;) Our unit is using Enjin to host our site. It's extremely easy to use, has a choice of free, advanced & ultimate payment plans, various themes and colors, and all sorts of nifty features that seem to fit a MW unit perfectly...

Feel free to check our site out for ideas...

Hope it helps!

Good hunting.../Salute

Appreciate the suggestion, can't wait to carry the Lyran banner alongside the Skye Rangers.

And we're still looking for a few good men and women to join Murphy's Law. Positions available for Recon, Fire Support and Assault lances.

I will consider this as I was always a fan of house liao so working for stiener might be an issue LOL. If I decide to change houses, I will hit ya up. Glad to see RL vets working together. (Prior USMC ooh Rah!!!)

First and foremost, thank you for RL service.

But.... *sigh*... grumble, grumble

I will likely get blamed for some of your unit's shenanigans.

Well if you decide the space communist Chinese aren't the faction for you, we'd love to have you in the freedom-loving, capitalist Lyran Commonwealth!

We've got a bunch more slots open, and a new addition to the recon lance - Nairdowell who has more than a decade of real life electronic warfare experience!

I'm happy to announce we've got a new member, sadnebula. He's a prior Armor non-commissioned officer, so practically a real life MechWarrior Posted Image
