[Heuvadoches]

I would like a download throttle on the patcher. I find it extremely useful on other MMO games that I've played in the past and currently.

I know for a fact that:

Blizzard's launcher has one.
and
Marvel Heroes' launcher has one.

I've run into others as well, but can't think of them off the top of my head.

So ... yeah ... please? It would be nice and courteous to the other two members of the house that share our 400KB/sec (That's bytes, not bits) internet connection.

(Currently, I use NetBalancer 8.1.1 Traffic Shaper (unregistered and expired trial). While it works, it'd be much better to use an internal tool instead of a third party one.)
