[lol lol lol lol lol lol lol lol]

So while trying to make myself useful as a weaponless decoy, I got my first impact kill! I threw together a quick funny video to celebrate the moment. Wish there was an achievement for it...

Wow. I've seen a weaponless teammate kill someone by legging, but have never witnessed a torso kill.

On Alpine in my Direwolf a few months back I fell off the the H9 hill into the ravine below, landed directly on top of a friendly Firestarter, and killed it.

At least the Firestarter pilot was able to laugh about it


Another game in my Jenner I was fighting another Light, and both of his legs were nearly destroyed. I took one out with a laser-alpha, and took the other out seconds later by running into it. That was intentional, and pretty sweet!

I was torso-impact-killed while in a Locust, but a stiff breeze will kill one of those.

The only one I can confirm as an impact kill from me was a team kill.

We were on Tourmaline, I was in a streak boat rounding one of the spires to hit the enemies over there, he was jumping and heading in my direction to get away being nearly dead. I snagged a quick screenshot, but no video.

You can see me heading clockwise, he was coming around the same spire anti-clockwise trying to get away from the enemy when we collided.

I took the screenshot as fast as I could, then apologized and expressed my sorrow and incredulity as I'd not fired a weapon ;-) He was pretty cool about it - not sure if I have the convo saved.

I wouldn't have had this clip if it wasn't for ShadowPlay. Fraps just eats up too much space for me for a decent video.

A good few months ago I was piloting my TDR-5S(P) Thunderbolt on Tourmaline Desert when I fell off one of the cliff edges into the gully around D3/D4 and landed on an enemy Mech (it's been a while, but I'm pretty sure it was a Catapult). Their CT was so badly damaged that the impact of my 65-ton ass destroyed them. It'll probably never happen again, but at least I can say I once pulled off a DFA in MWO - even if it was completely by accident

I almost rofl stomped a direwolf with my Misery once. Was so close, still put an AC20 though his cockpit so I guess it wasn't a total loss.

I've killed a Firestarter when we ran "through" each other on Canyon Network once. It's in one of my kill compilation videos on youtube. Too lazy to find it. I didn't even realize it until I was throwing them together one night.

I had a reverse DFA once in an Atlas, a mech with red legs tried to Jump up and over me and got legged in the process.
Also, I think I got a lucky DFA once with a circling beat up Light got smushed under my Highlander. I wish had video of those though.

And once again the poor Catapult gets the humiliating Torso rammed Death.... So sad what has happened to the once mighty Catapult in MWO...
