I think that I have a vague memory of MechWarrior 4.
It was very difficult to control your mech unless you had hands and fingers like an octopus so I uninstalled it without even playing for five minutes.
I hope that it goes better this time around.

No its not the processor, its most likely your virus protection, detecting the game as a virus, which is false. Anyway, try just downloading the free version from MTX< its much easier. http://www.fileplane...%28Free-Game%29

THAT... is just idiotic... If you couldnt figure out how to customize your controls in MW4, then you wont be able to do it in MWO either.
*shakes head* This has to be in the top 5 dumbest posts ever.....

He probably just did the same as I did back then, and thought that auto-center was a core part of the game, and not something you can toggle on/off.
I've since learned that by disabling that "feature", mechs become more natural feeling, the disastrous mouselag disappears, and general goodness & happy bunnies spring out of the map & pour rainbow juice on you.

I got MW4 as well but the temptation to use tech that won't be available in MW:O is strong

sadly it still suffers from the race to Assault Mechs problem its pretty much always had, but still fun none the less
