well, the wolfening didn't happen because they also realsed other mechs at the same time in the assault queue and the qurkening happened at those time as well. so these numebrs are truly a little highlight, especially since we get an assault for IS lovers and an assault for the clanners.

But will it? The queue makeup has been consistently skewed for a while now, mostly due to new mechs and exceptional performance of the TW. I'd really like to see some sort of queue leveling system, such as a bonus to XP/C-Bills on underrepresented weight classes once the skew goes over a certain threshold.

Does PGI ever expect to balance Clan Mechs against IS mechs?

Because if they balance Clan mechs to be reasonably close to some overall Clan mech baseline it is a lot easier to introduce changes that bring the IS and Clan baselines closer. Otherwise they need to treat each Clan mech as a different balance problem to be addressed.

There is literally no possible way for me to drop in a light and get any results with that much firepower on the field. Releasing not one, but 2 assaults was a TERRIBLE idea.

Its actually the perect time to bring out a light and wreck some fat un-basiced King Crabs.

but that queue is insanely packed...
