Cw Ui So Convoluted I'm About To Give Up

Where do I build a drop deck?
Where do I find a match?
I've watched streamers drop but when I click on a planet, the planet window looks different from their's.
I'm part of a unit but I'm trying to drop solo. Is that the problem?
Why isn't the UI telling you ANYTHING. It is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
I don't like to make attacks but the UI designer has failed for the last time. You guys need someone better at this

Second this.
UI is not so good.
Why does PGI love playing the click and find game?

The UI hasn't been intuitive since they changed it over a year ago.
Pre-Phoenix Package, the UI was fairly intuitive. The Mech garage was easy to use. And everything was straight forward.
If I could push a button and revert to the old garage UI, I totally would because I like seeing the whole mech paper doll as I tune and tweak.
I don't think much else really changed with the MWO Lobby UI shift, but it's been about two years since I've seen it so I could be wrong.
__________
Now that said, even with the addition of new features, beta or not, I'm not surprised that the CW menus are also not intuitive. I had to be taught how to use them by a guy who had to be taught how to use them.
Without written instructions publicly available that a pretty sure sign of unintuitive design.

The planet finder did not appear for me initially. I was clicking on planets that appeared to be flashing. Not sure at what point the planet finder appeared. But it made it a lot simpler to find action.

The planet finder had always been there, unless you clicked "Hide overlay" at the bottom of the screen.

This.
We're still in the land of "Why does it take so many damn clicks to do everything."
We should be able to manage Drop Decks as part of the Mechlab, or something. Basically having to open the IS Map to get to the screen where you manage your Deck is just counter-intuitive in the worst way.
Also, what's up with only having 1 drop deck? Seriously? We should be able to store/save at least 3 Drop Decks from which to choose based on what our team has decided to do. No, not everyone has 12 fully built, fully modded, fully pimped mechs lying around, but some folks do (I don't, currently, lol) and there's really no good reason to limit us to having a single Deck that we keep having to alter (with WAY too many clicks) any time we want to roll something different.
Planet finder is nice, and once I discovered that I actually could use the mouse wheel to zoom the IS map things were better. But why, for the love of sanity, can I not click on a planet, then use my mouse wheel to zoom away from it again. I have to click "Reset View" and start all over - cumbersome.
I could go on, but you guys get the idea.

Now, if I can get the game to stop crashing with CryEngine errors every time I load into a match I'll let you know what I actually think of CW gameplay!
