So far sounds like Somerset and Turtle bay is where the matches are at....I waited 6 minutes before got into somerset....and died miserably...
.
Guess if you died and tried to go into another one, you rejoin the previous match.

@_Wieland_ it kicks off one at a time, then another one can spool up - so in the case of a full 30 minute match - yes can have multiple

So there can be multiple matches but i guess the problem is the matchmaker. There may be 1000 people but when the matchmaker cant run the first match all others have to wait.

From personal experience I can tell you that you can have multiple fights on one planet at the same time. I say this because last night I was part of a loose group from different factions trying to drop together and at one point we got broken in to 2 groups on Leoben with our matches starting simultaneously but on different maps.
