1.) Always watch what the group is doing. I believe most of the time we'll end up with a larger group in the drop. Try to see where they are and stick with them. So far they've been good about coordinated in chat their intentions so stick with them and focus what they focus. It's tougher without comms but a quick "Q" check to get an idea where the group is will go a long way to preventing getting split up.
2.) When you eventually die, don't always just rush back directly to the very front if you're attacking and if you're defending try to pick a mech that fills in the gaps your team needs. Deaths come in waves so you do not want to come back as the only mech standing vs. the whole defending team while the rest of your team is running back. I found establishing a rally point for reinforcements is a good thing to do or ask the group if they're meeting up for the next wave someplace. Again, it seems to be a trend that people are good about communicating this in chat because the people in the groups are probably more concerned about the lone wolves in the drop than the other way around, so they make that effort to herd the cats.
Aside from that it's business as usual. I didn't find myself making any other adjustments and it wasn't the big bad boogeyman scary CW that I was expecting at all. The game I did lose that was somewhat of a stomp was only because the attackers wouldn't actually attack, otherwise it was fine.
Same as it ever was.
