Mickey, I will call a spade a spade. Basically though I am Jade Falcon, and I am in DERP, the lack of cooperation among the Falcons is disheartening at best. We have teams hurting their teammates rather than leading, and helping. We have massive lack of honesty among ourselves with teams utilizing pugs as canon fodder rather than leading from the front.

Furthermore, in the midst of all this, EVERY IS faction is gunning for our great clan, all because of some bad apples. Our 'allies' (other clans) are agreeing to nonaggression treaties with IS leadership. I see all this and see the degeneration of our clan towards becoming those we fight. Show me that the Jade Falcon can mend its broken wing and soar again, and I will be back.

When I hear of friendly units shooting members of my unit in the back because my fellow warriors refuse to be cannon fodder for a bad plan then I am no longer sure I belong with the Jade Falcons. We need leaders, not masters.

Ariana, Sorry, I don't remember you're name so I suspect I wasn't around when you had a bad experience with you. Feel free to drop into the KCom channels any time you like and meet us. I don't run the unit but I can help smooth things over if something happened between you and the other members. Just want to say, don't let one bad experience form your opinion of us. We all get angry sometimes over some silly things and I would hate to have that wreck our efforts to make our unit friendly.

We have 15 active members and are a relatively new unit, just about 3 weeks old. We formed as a group of 7 founders who all get votes on what we do. We are trying to grow but it's tough. We vote on people based on compatibility and skill so it can take a bit to get to know new members but everyone is welcome to come join us on the comstar teamspeak in the KCOm channel or visit us at www.kellscommandos.com . I'll add more if you have specific info you would like to know.

and a side personal note: we ave a lot of very small groups, will be good to mege smaller unit into the bigger Unit, a great coalition in NA and one in EU timezone will be a great difference for our path to Terra

You know now that CI and MS have left Stiner I am suprised that we are still losing planets. We have a decent amount of units with players in them.

For those units with less then 10 members I'd say join another JF unit. It'll only help with coordination of the faction as a whole and you will have more people to play with. Just a suggestion and not meaning to come off rude or anything.

Kibble I understand the suggestion and normally I would agree with you. Though I doubt that will happen because of how many different views on how a Clan Unit should be ran that exist (one reason why I decided to start up a Unit is because of my way of thinking is different that that of other Unit leaders). The best we can do is offer up space for coordination within our teamspeak channels, I know JFP allows non-members into their TS channel on NGNG for that very reason, JFZG (despite being new and small) too accepts non-members into our channel on Strana Mechty for this very reason.

You make a valid point Jade as that was something I didn't think about at the time I wrote what I did.

As of this moment the JFP officer corp are discussing the possibility of creating a JF clan TS for all JF units to congragate to. Nothing solid yet but as soon as it is we will make it known. Just try to get as orginised as we can in the mean time and as always every JF unit is more than welcome to join us on our NGNG TS chan.
