Maybe it's because timezones? I don't know the demographics the different factions, but it could be that we have significant less american players then those davions - which means they have their prime time when we're sleeping[eu]/working[asia].

Plus, I could be wrong but I think the ingame day is based on an american timezone? If that is the case, they can get the last calls on planets at impossible times for non-american players.

that said - we have reconquered them from 8 to 4 tokens while I wrote this. chapeau!
