Here is the case:

- 1 man faction
- broke contract
- waited for the timer to tick down

now i cant chance the faction....(error messages after trying)

what can i do?

deleting the chapter doesnt work cause i directly jump into the faction selection screen and there is no opportunity to delete it.

Ticket send = no response

i guess the only thing that works without problems is the booking process......

They have a big ticket backlog, you'll eventually get a response. (or lots of people will have tickets about it and they will patch it before they get to your ticket)
