I think some units need to adapt a "No posting on the official forums" policy to prevent the troublemakers in there units from causing issues.

Or is this just signs that some units lack command and control of there own members? There is a kick button for a reason, please use without guilt.

I know most of you don't know me (in fact, only 3 or 4 here in this thread have ever interacted with me), but I will say that this is EXACTLY the kind of behavior we (IS players) don't want to see happen with the clans. For the first time, we players get a chance to tweak the BT history a bit, and the thought of unified and organized clans was both terrifying, and exciting to me, and many other IS players.

We knew that this time, there would be no Il-Khan to bargain with Comstar, and sabotage the invasion. We were expecting this thing to be a bare knuckle drag out fight with tooth and nail, and for some parts, it was, but things like this ruin it.

You guys are trying to work together for a unified goal, and sadly, you've got people mouthing off and ruining diplomatic relations between groups.


Again, this is not my fight, I could be content sitting at home, and watching this whole thing spiral down even more while sipping tea from my Davion-supplied tea maker in my cockpit. However, one thing I always wanted to see was a coordinated clan assault, and so I decided to speak up.

Regardless of performance, players that misbehave should be reprimanded, especially when they sign their first insulting post with the unit seal, declaring that they represent the unit (It doesn't matter if you take it back later, you still started that way)

How that is handled is not my place to recommend, but punishment of some sort should be doled out.

When you play Wolf PUGs that is what you get...

You want to run different chassis to develop some sort of situation where it is not skill that determines the outcome? You are trying to arrange some kind of unfair advantage in all this...

I am not going to fight anyone on unequal terms in a 1v1. IDGAF if you post a solo queue CW score of 50k, if you are not willing to agree to terms, you are wasting everyone's time.

Personally, this is the kind of player I would have kicked from CWDG. If his ego is so blatant that he is scared of losing to someone in a chassis he is bawling over having to fight in, then talking mad trash like this...I do not care if he can post 4k damage in a solo queue skirmish match. He is not worth my time or my unit's time.

I'm going to ignore the last few pages and address the OP:

I get that the Ghost Bears want an attack corridor. I know you're impatient. Please try to keep it in your pants, though. I spent the first three days of CW doing nothing but holding off GCBI from Wolf territory, when I'd rather be helping trothkin reduce the FRR to a single planet.

I don't really begrudge the isolated shred of territory you took. But I would advise against taking more Wolf territory as Antonius Rex threatened in his novel on the first page; GCB is not alone in running out of good attack avenues. Wolf only has two inner sphere planets to attack at the moment as well, so it's not as though we have some bounty we have been jealously guarding from you.

Either push forward with what you have or wait for the IS forces to finish their early completion of Operation Bulldog and take that the Smoke Jaguars cannot. I know you're running out of planets to attack, but that's just how it is right now, there are a lot of us in a very small space.

I'd rather like to see PGI give us better dropship range (there are planets just outside occupied territory inaccessible to both of us) or allow player alliances that would let troops pass through a friendly zone to take territory, but both of those are some ways off, if they ever happen.

If I had stayed in the IS, I would share your sentiment. Where is the fun if the Clans aren't the boogeymen going bump in the night?

Right? Right now we're busy destroying Liao, and DCMS territories. Hey do you think you guys (Clans), can get the battle of Luthien to happen a bit faster? I kinda wanna get rid of the Combine. Though in all fairness, I want Davion to take over everything, so I might be biased there. Who knows?

4 Clans united is better than each Clan fighting for itself, or against each other...

You know, Captain Zack "Miles" Hawkins of the 1st Somerset Strikers once remarked "All the Clans got to do to win is leave us alone with each other" after witnessing a brawl between 2 of his own comrades.

If he saw what's been going on between the Clans at this moment, he might be shocked at the similarities of butting-heads attitudes between the Periphery and within the Inner Sphere.
