Well we have had 6 IS mechs as solo packs and 5 Clan so id like to see another Clan, maybe a 2nd line mech like the Grizzly.

Grizzly (Clan's Cataphract?) is a must, but has only 1 variant in our current timeline. Actually, there is only 1 other variant (with level 3 weapons) - PGI will need to make at least 3 new variants (and the hero).

EDIT: Yes, I'm well aware the GAA-22 Rapid Fire Cannons don't exist in MWO. Replace them with a duo on UAC 2s. They change the weapons on the Hunchbakk IIC's variants when they added him in.

I'd be fine with it.
And replacing the HAG would not be a big deal, IMO.

Bigger issue is that they seem to want mechs with 6 or so variants, this one only has 2 lore ones and a hero, , so if the Wyrm 2 also has to be made up..that's 4 made up versions which seems excessive.

GAA-22's are just the model name for the pair of Clan UAC/2's the Great Wyrm carries. And yes, it's rather limited in variant choices.

Grizzly will need good quirks to be viable..or hardpoint inflation. 1B 1M 3E is sort of meh...

Being a battlemech, Hardpoint inflation is very likely. And could it really be worse than the Summoner? At least it can alter it's core components.

I'd actually expect 2B/2M/3E at the least for the Grizzly, especially since the -2 would end up something like 1B/1M/7E at least.
