I normally don't buy clan mechs, but I'll think about this one.

Thing is...

On one side, I do like the Marauder, but on the other side of the coin, I already have Marauders lol. I mean the clan one is an assault and does carry clan weaponry, but it still looks just like the one I have.

On top of all of that, I generally don't care for assaults.

This would have been an easier decision for me had it been a Bushwacker

This would have been an easier decision for me had it been a Bushwacker

Look at the MAD-IIC this way, tanky hit boxes like a Marauder, with the option of running a cXL engine.

It's cool, but it's kinda meh? I was hoping IS would get some love here....and was hoping they would hold off on the IIC's for awhile. This kills the MK II chances for a good 6 months or more probably....oh well? Warhammer IIC next?

probably...which would have excited me more.... if the WHM had actualyl fit me at all. If they follow the reseen styling, it would have higher arms, at least. But only IIC I see myself wanting atm is the RFL.

Well, I would say my chances of seeing the Assassin have all but officially gone the way of AD&D 2ed.



Knew it was along shot anyhow, but realyl hoped for it, just because it would have been a great scout for Battletech.

First mech I ever piloted (Mechwarrior 2 demo, 1995 - a demo which I played more than whole of some MW titles).
Loved the design (because of Macross), but the thing used to lose the legs easily...

I guess it was because of this mech I felt in love with Battletech. Not what I was expecting now, but I can't not love the Marauder IIC.

Meh. Not a bad mech, and looks almost exactly like the redesigned version except without the stupidly oversized torso.

Yet I'm not excited. I am a die hard clan player, and even I think what the game needed next was the Javelin or Assassin. IS mechs of a lower weight point. Light mechs, specifically, need some love.

I am just.....idk...I want to buy it, but I just dont see my self getting much use out of it...for sure the $20 pack, but for all the money I have given PGI in the last few months and before.....I wish could get an answer on my mech, same as you Bishop with the Assassin. It's the least imo Russ could do to show he appreciates customers....I am not saying I have paid so much and thus demand what I want ! Just to be heard is all, and answers, atleast on mech packs, I mean come one!

Pretty much guaranteed that PGI will have customs that are designed to have at least one meta wet dream considering there's only two tech-capable variants to be had.

They do want you to buy a mechpack.
