Edit - On a side note I am a little sad about the new hero Awesome. If what I understand about it is right it's just a re-skinned AWS-8V with an added missile hard point or two on the left arm. Hardly "unique"

Second Edit - Thontor just asked a pretty decent question in Ask the Devs 31 which might give us insight to getting a Victor somewhere down the road.

If today is not a day to announce No 20, then I don't know when. It's 6 weeks after Orion announcement (and there was also 6 weeks between Orion and Blackjack) and there's no patch this week, which means it will be honest to make an announcement instead. Anyway, their news updates became pretty chaotic a long time ago, with time on the homepage being not real (look at the last ISN about Cappie earthquake - it says "8:00 PM", but it's 12:05 PM really, if you look at forums). So there's still a hope until Thursday.
