When they release Resistance Packages, what happens to current Medallions, both Bronze and Phoenix types? Will they replace those and give us a refund of the current versions? Or jsut replace them with newer versions?

House Medallions. Ones currently in game. Both Phoenix Package and Bronze.

I just want to know is all. Given what we have with the Clan Versions. I was thinking that PGI would exchange those out for the newer versions. The ones that you can see through.

Clan Wave 1 medallions are still the way they were. Wave 2 medallions are the glass ones.
I don't see why the Resistance medallions would have anything to do with the MC-purchased medallions or the bronze Phoenix medallions.
